Also, if Rider couldn't dodge it with her over 200 MPH Pegasus and Fate/Zero Rider with his even faster and more powerful chariot (That can fly), then it's gonna be hard to dodge it. And that's just one blast, we're not even talking about blasts from other directions.

And yes since the author wrote it down himself, it cannot be deny of it's power. So yeah, 3 Excaliburs are not going to be enough to stop it.
The only reason why it appears weak in the anime and visual novel is because Nasu I think once stated long ago that if he exceeded past a certain limit, the true nature of it's anti planetary weapon will be revealed Which is why he can't use it full force.
