Start with the roll down. I know, it seems impossible at first, but with a lot of practice and patience, you eventually can do it. Even I'm not that good yet. I'm at like a little over half the speed of this guy, but I don't practice as much. Also use a light poker chip instead of an actual coin just to get a feel for it. Here this will help you a lot.
