i have gotten alot of questions about this vid, i will give alittle detail, i no longer play the game but i was level 80 at the time, protection was my second spec so i did not have the best gear. i think i had about 26k self buffed at the time (this was before ulduar came out)., anything else yuou want to know, just ask in comment,
stalker! lol yes i did about 2 months ago but bobbyx is no longer my main, i have since leveled a druid and have made him my main as resto, its horrible that the gear is so easyt to get now, my gear score is better than bobbyx now and i only tried to get better gear for about 2 weeks, his name is lovedoctr, not to bad lol. but i came back for fun and hang with friends now, no more major raiding,
get tuskar's vitality on your shoes and lifeward on ur sword, seal of light and spam hammer of the righteous, gets u like 3k hp back each 6 seconds, combine that with ur sacred shield and u wont ever almost die, and else holy wrath + flash of light ( no don't think ur failing, just for any1 that wants to try this and doesn't know how to ;)
well mongoose gives u haste and agility, so faster hitting with ur weapon and more chance of crits, and lifeward gives u hp, so if u combine mongoose with seal of light u might get some faster hp, but it depends if it procs or not, lifeward is just like seal of light but not with every hit, both are fine for any type of gameplay as a pally tank though

depends on ur gear and such, seeing as this was posted 2 months ago i take it ur lvl 80 by now, have some gear and can do this easily :p
