good job, i just did my first angie tonight 31:32, not good time at all but i just started crossfit 3 months ago so i dont think thats to horrible for a begginer
i did Spartacus workout and i've been doing bodybuilding for a year and a half and noticed only a slight difference in my body (maybe because i don't follow good diet). anyway i thinks it's exercising than nothing. i'll be doing "Angie" next week in our gym and this is the first Crossfit exercise for me. and hope i don't puke. wish me luck.
Would you recommend doing "The Angie" once a day as a good workout? I'm not very fit and i've been on a diet since i was like 11 but i'm done with all that, i'm starting to excercise for real now and crossfit seems like something i'd like to do.
@Simto You could do a quarter angie as a warmup before a daily WOD. But, I do not recommend doing this every day. I recommend following the Crossfit mainpage workouts, or an affiliates workout schedule.
@Simto It would be a good one to do, but you would want to scale down on the reps. Instead of doing 100, you should start with at least 50 and work up.
This video is an inspiration. I'v done the Angie 8 times now, the first time I completed it in 23:33. I did it again today for the 8th time and I got 19:27. It doesn't seem like much of an improvement, but it is. I try to shave off 30 sec every time I do. My goal is under 15 min. Keep out the good work!
