However, I'm pretty sure the law allows for anyone actively engaged on a boating or camping excursion in Florida to have a firearm in their posession whether they have a concealed weapons license or not. Jeb Bush put this through in his term. Don't assume the local park officials are up to date on the laws. My advice would be to play it safe and get the concealed permit.

Look at 39sec til 43 it looks like to me it is the right foot and mid calf of an infant you can also see the left foot close to adult body. If you look real close at the very start of the adult standing it looks as if the right elbow goes up as if it is holding a baby. This is a hoax. Three things tell me this. First, there is way too much arm motion when the thing gets up and starts walking around. It looks like a human trying to balance itself when walking on an unfamiliar surface. Second, the thing conveniently walks around for an extended period of time in front of the camera, almost as if making sure it is seen, but trying to act either nonchalant or oblivious to the presence of humans. Third, the video cuts off when the creature is still hanging around.

At :06 whatever it is seems to be sitting down, then at :08 it seems like it suddenly realizes its presence has been pinpointed and it stands up. When it stands at :08 that black figure appears to be pretty large in stature, with long arms. Tough to say, but inconclusive for sure. Funny thing is, this video is almost identical to the one alleged filmed in the KC area. Both videos are just over 40 seconds long (KC is 41, this is 42) and stop filming just as the object comes into full frame.

Sorry to burst everyone's bubble but this video's just as fake as the one shot in KC. I'd love to think it were true but the simple fact that the video cuts out the second the creature begins to come into focus (just like in the KC video) is enough to label this a hoax.
