Hey there! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate got amazing Six pack abs and lost lots of belly fat with it.
Exercise is bad for the body. It is a strain on the body, it wears out and tires the body. Your body does not get stronger or healthier it only modifies itself in order to resist repeated strain. If you want to look good for the ladies, or if you're a girl, look good for your man, I have no problem with that. But if you think it will help you live longer or better, no way!
@EzequielFerrari22 How is it stupid? I don't make pithy remarks, my statements are backed by facts. Do some research. Look up Jane Fonda surgery and micro tear of the muscle. Exercise does not guarantee health. It guarantees strain and being better at mechanical tasks such as running etc. Also no matter how much exercise you do you will eventually succumb to the natural process of death of which your body is undergoing while I am writing this comment.
