I appreciate all the recipes, they are all great..but...surely most of you guys have figured this out for yourself..I mean it doesn't take a genius to think to add some fruit and yogurt with some protein powder in a blender?... =\..maybe it's just me

I noticed you had some good old almond milk in one of the shots, how good would you say that is for you compared to regular milk? Coincidentally my family just started to pick that up a few weeks ago!
his videos are done very well; everything he does is very organised and easy to follow how he speeds up the boring parts and gives us a look at how it looks at the end and stuff. I like it and I like the way he does things. Good job, keep it up ;)
@dbarnec03 thank you - although I'll point out telling me the answer would have been quicker for yourself and not made you look like an patronising smart-arse in my eyes especially considering there isn't a great deal of consensus on what 'one cup' equals in grams since it is measure of volume (not weight) - but thanks for informing me where I might find the info.
Ive always thought that frozen berries pretty much lose all or most of their nutrients and vitamins after being frozen.. i would love to know your thoughts on this.. are frozen berries a close second to fresh berries?
Michael, Here is my request for recipes that you asked for us to make. lunches that can last all week long and be prepped at home and brought into work with a kitchen at the jobsite, using things like: Solid white albacore packed in water. Plain baked chicken breast, and LEAN ground beef. Thanks!
