I lived in Japan for several years and was lucky enough to not only meet Balzac but my friends band Yamaarashi played many shows with them. Great memories for me.

Rest assured the Japanese keep most of the good stuff for themselves - including music and export the fluff to the West.

Don't believe me - ask someone who has been there and they will tell you about all the great cars, products, inventions and pop culture you will not find anywhere outside of Japan.
