  • Everybody says how beautiful Elizabeth Taylor is and she is but I've never watched one of her movies before and I'm just struck by how good her acting is. She's brilliant! What a subtle and believable performance.

  • Elizabeth was beautiful!

  • One of the best film of Elizabeth Taylor. Most beautiful and talented actress

  • forever loving.

  • Elizabeth was beautiful yes but so was Donna Reed.....wow

  • I think it is loosely based on the short story Babylon Revisited, also by Fitzgerald, not "Paradise Revisited".

  • Elizabeth Taylor was beautiful!!! Thanks for uploading this movie.

  • Hmmmm I hate agree but van Johnson sucked as an actor.... And his being labled a commie didn't do his career in, it was the rumors of his being gay in a homophobic Hollywood at the time!

  • The last time I saw this picture I must have been about 12 years old? Lol looking at a young Roger Moore was a hoot!

  • IM SORRY BUT SHE WAS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WOMAN IN THE WORLD IN HER PRIME..THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WOMAN THAT EVER LIVED

LOOK AT THAT FLAWLESS FACE .. 0_0 NOBODY CANT COMPARE

  • thank you so much for posting!! please watch my elizabeth tribute video at my channel if you have any time. I love this movie!

  • I stand corrected...Elizabeth Taylor-not "liz" and I thank you for that! Long Live Elizabeth...

  • Back in the 30's & 40's they had the studio system. It taught actors how to walk, talk, act, live dress etc........Yes they were under contract for a while but this is why it was called the Golden Age of Movies. There are very few actors today that can compare with them.

You can count them on the fingers of one hand probably.

  • Liz...You still to this day cannot take your eyes off her. Goodbye,Liz. The LAST of the GoldenAge of Hollywood Divas.

  • @princeeverlove Ms Taylor Didn't like the name Liz....Just sayin.

  • Rest in peace Besie mae as monty clift called you. The Wold has lost the most BEAUTIFUL WOMAN the screen has ever seen. • RIP Dame Elizabeth. You will be missed and never forgotten.

  • RIP Liz. You are my biggest inspiration. Miss you.

  • I love these classic movies, the acting is so much better than todays and the movies have fantastic story lines.

  • eva gabor was so beautiful

  • I used to watch this movie with my greatgrandmother

  • WE can do without the commercials!

  • very good

  • i have Go for broke war movie on my channel.

  • The COMMERCIALS ARE SO BLEEPING LouD!!!

There Should be a law preventing these DEAFENING commercials, or at least a law making them to be regulated. Sweet Lord help us!

  • I saw Paris teen years ago on December 25, 2000. Here is a few lines of poem, I wrote in Vietnamese language. Thanks for sharing beautiful movie. Greeting from Hanoi Vietnam Nov 25, 2010 ..Paris anh đến một lần Em còn có nhớ trên tầng Eiffel? Đêm Noel dưới ánh đèn Mùa Đông năm ấy mình quen nhau mà. Yes! I want come back to see Paris. Paris 12-2000
  • Dislike misleading information by Chet Edwards he has to get his facts straight. And he puts it at the beginning of a good film. Trashy guy, Chet Edwards.

  • @PittmanSilvia Google por 'la ultima vez que vi paris' y ya tendras!

  • JEEZE,how long did it take to upload this?

  • Watched this move yesterday on TCM. Not ashamed to say a shed a tear or two near the end. Such a touching story.

  • that vrey old

  • Why can't they make movies like this anymore so people can return to the elegance and refinement of our past culture. This is why i love people from the Middle East, South America and Europe...They are so cultured and gentle.

  • i love her dress in min 46

  • What I ment to say was it

  • wow you can upload the WHOLE movie on here without cutting it in different parts. amazing! I can't take my eyes off Liz Taylor.

  • help me out I - can never remember: was Van Johnson the worst actor ever to be fimed in the entire history of movies, or the second worst?

  • @BernardProfitendieu i think his worst problem was that he was chaced as being comunist and that meant his death as an actor.

  • @addabboo thanks for the information - I did not know that (I still think he did not know how to act either - haha)

  • @BernardProfitendieu

    You are an extreme asshole.

  • @bang49lijk because I recognize that Van Johnson has absolutely no talent? I guess that makes anyone who has ever seen even a minute of any of his movies an extreme asshole because they all recognize that same thing!

  • A 1954 romantic film. A treasure.

  • I can't understand why this film was so badly received. I am balling my flipping eyes out from that ending. Beautiful in every way.

  • i saw the trailer and it looked good and Elizabeth is wonderful and I love Paris and my dads seen it and sed it was tres magnifique so i gta watch it :)

  • Hey Guys, You should have a look to this website, lot of exciting movies and drama series bit{.}ly/7ItYSp

  • I just love this movie to pieces! I left it in my DVD player for a month straight!

  • Great that you can watch movies on YouTube. Can you also watch full episodes of How I Met Your Mother here? Please let me know.

    xx Rebecca

  • Nice

  • does this have the noel coward song?

  • people need to put more classics like this on youtube. im only 14 so i never get to see them! :(

  • @dolphinjjam im only 22 and i pretty much get my fix from the TCM channel. they broadcast nothing but classics.

  • @dolphinjjam im 14 to and i love old movies!!

  • @dolphinjjam I am only 3 and a half and i have a heart for old movies. -.-

  • Elizabeth Taylor is so gorgeos.

  • Why do all of tehe YouTube Movies stop motion and refuse to go? The sound stays on

  • My god!!! I love this movie so much! I'm glad it's up!! :D

  • 1954.

  • Actually, I think it just looks that way to us because back then movie companies would sign actors for an extended period of time instead of on a film-by-film basis.

  • i like that fashion they got

  • nice lol

  • That is because back then actors were really good at their craft. Not like some of the ones we have today. They make 1 movie and think that they are God's gift to the world!

  • Whoa, I just noticed Roger Moore in the credits...is it THE Roger Moore?

  • yes it is, a very young one

  • it's funny how they tried to style Van Johnson's hair like F. Scott Fitzgerald's

  • the black and white new years party is sooo similar to the one in An American in Paris...the male leads are even wearing the same costume!

  • Donna vs Elizabeth. I see trouble. Stay tuned.
