I love a good mandala LOL i like the ones that are slowly rotating and the multiple patterns seem to rotate faster near the center.

I did create the pictures (a collection of my original artwork...as it says) and I do not know how to animate.

There is an effect I used in Windows Movie Maker that will zoom in or zoom out on a picture.

I muted the video, watched it in silence ... 1990, facing a life threatening diagnosis, I got my 10 years old son's color pencils and 'free hand' drew mandalas, days and days coloring, for a few years ... The video has some 'killer' ones. :-) Very good!

These are beautiful. Personally I find the act of manually creating the mandala to be an excellent way to center oneself and I can reach a deep level of focus while working on the minute details. You make great ones with the computer, I'd like to see what you could do with colored pencils or paint...

When I watch this, I take one inhale and exhale per picture. It's a nice rhythm for me to stabilize and relax. I just stare and try to think of nothing, then notice what thoughts or feelings come up for me. I created these, so obviously they bring up some of the emotions from which they came. Overall, though, I find new places of healing show up almost every time I see this.
