Not a big fan of the physics forcep...taking teeth out with tweezers does wonders for patient's perceptions of surgery...you cant sell minimally invasive surgery if you grab the jaws of life...no...??? On a side note, they do work well but all patients will see is FEAR...

Mineralized FDBA was packed inside the socket and a collagen covering was sutured on top
