Actually, that should be US 59, not Interstate 59, in Houston. While it is Interstate standard, it is not designated a Interstate yet...though it will probably carry the proposed I-69 extension through Houston when that particular project is completed.

And I don't know what exactly they're protesting, but I'll take left-wing "idiots" over right-wing fascists any day of the week.
