  • Magnificent piece Mr. Gjeilo! I heard it on KBAQ on my drive home today, and it brought tears to my eyes. I admire how big a sound you were able to create using a small choir, string quartet, and piano. You truly compressed the symphonic sound! As a budding composer, I have an immense amount of respect for you sir. I look forward to the Phoenix Chorale recording this fall, and I look forward to more amazing work from you.
