The game ripped me off once with a ninja because the ninja appeared at Takemizu Village, but he appeared in a place where my sim couldn't get to him because of the stupid fencing. So I went home and did this. I figured this out myself but I wondered if anyone else has tried this.

there are game mods you can download at modthesims website. theres a book called Book of Talents that teaches your sims all(or almost) skills & hobbies, from badges, dancing, gestures, and teleportation etc
