They didn't rule whether or not CO2 was harmful - they ruled that the EPA has LEGAL authority to limit it as any other substance that EPA finds 'harmful'; the Supreme Court doesn't care if it's CO2 or dioxin. The revelation by Barrasso exposes the truth that the EPA (& NASA too) is POLITICALLY TAINTED. There remains ZERO scientific evidence that ALL CO2 has any measurable affect on global temperature let alone the puny amount we add.
