i love this video, its so important for instructors to be able to improv and then also follow improv, and yea its hard as hell, so great job! and you made it look fun and thats really what its all about :)

I think it's a great video...Zumba Gold is a great low impact workout class..This video shows the beauty of Zumba, no limitation of age or fitness background. what matters is that everybody was having fun and sweating.

This is not a regular class it's a workshop they were improvising the moves...I give a lots of credit to all the dancers....Good Job you guys did great!

people this was an an instructor workshop over 1.5 years ago. Jani is in the black and white with the long red hair. everyone you see on this stage was learning how to teach and had to choreo a song off the cuff right then and there. Some had never even done Zumba before. I agree its not the best video around but its people being taught. Not a live class

i took jani's workshop when she came to jacksonville in feb 08 and she is a firecracker!!! nothing will ever slow her down!!! it was so much fun and worth every penny!!!! go jani!!!!
