This is interesting. Uprated and shared. Greetings from France, where being a pedestrian is darn dangerous. Forget about crossing with the lights in crosswalks, no rules or safety is observed. The French are the second worse drivers in the EU, and they park anywhere, double park, triple park. I called a guy out on this recently, stopped in a bus lane to use an ATM, nearly caused an accident. He seemed angry with me that I called him on it, said that won't do!
Hey EconCat, great vid as usual, it's interesting to see other cultures on a street-level view... how long are you spending in China? Are you there for business?

I liked the traffic cop and all the controlled chaos. As usual very interesting Econ.

@mja2035
I usually watch the traffic videos at least a dozen times, for there are always new things I noticed each time I watch.

Car repairs must be cheap or they must do it themselves. Reminds me of Panama.

shay shay for that vid.
Makes me want to go there on my next trip. First thing I thought of was all the gasoline required to run this world on a daily basis.

I guess Yield is a four letter word in China.

@jvolstad
I don't think the English word yield directly translates to anything in Mandarin or Cantonese.
