  • fuck Nobama hes trying to make it were americans cant have the rights to have a gun so we can defend our selves... and just wait till the NWO (New World Order) that's when we all will need our guns and we want have them thanks to the devil (Obama) if you don't believe me just read the New testament and you all will be thrilled at what it says its happening now the end of the world is near and i don't think anyone is gonna be ready for it and all these people will take the chip (666) the devil

  • lol why?>

  • difrent generation but ya you pritty much hit the nail on the head still why should that matter its what we call progress. and to that there will always be reprocushens

  • Obama is probably the coolest man alive he is so reliable and i kno hes gonna make change in this economy and to all the mccain fans you can just shut the fuck up for the next 4 years

  • what does the rev. expect us to do instead of dropping the bomb on Hiroshima.. he obviously knows nothing of japanese culture. the japanese would never agree to a surrender they all were going to defend their homeland to the death. ALL OF THEM>> MEN/WOMEN/and CHILDREN. the bomb actually saved a million american casualties and over a million japanese casualties.. if america had to invade japan, millions of soldiers & civilians alike would have died. it sux we had to drop it but it saved many

  • just a little history lesson.. americans didnt go over 2 africa and just start hunting for black people to enslave.... powerful african tribes would take over weaker tribes than they would trade with the "white men".. they traded men and women of defeated tribes 2 the british and other European's for other items.. that was what the whole "triangular trade" was all about. slaves to america-cotton to england-textiles/manufactured goods 2 africa So africans indeed sold their own kind into slavery.

  • White people are not the only terrorists. There is more black terrorism going on within the hoods and streets in america. He refers to Malcolm X. If a white priest referred to the KKK in church I hate to know how the black people would react.

  • fuck you! die! Poor black guy! fuck you! YOur racist against whites! MOTHERFUCKER!!!! DIE!!!

  • what does his "preaching" have to do with church?

  • Africa isnt so bad... No where in this world is racism, slavery, and genocide more rampant and you say Africa is not so bad

  • Reverend Wright is certanly entitled to his opinions. It sounds to me after many of his speeches that he is upset with White america, and our current government. His focus has now shifted from preaching gods word, to the political spotlight. Those who support him say he is only stating facts.Imagine if a white priest were to voice his opinion on the facts of black america!

  • I love Reverend Wright and Obama both are great public speakers of the TRUTH

  • lmao.. yep it just dosent get any truer than the words of obama's rev. . we are so lucky to have such a great american living in our country.. :-/ sry i couldnt say all that witha straight face

  • That's great for context...where can I see it I'll post it.

  • It's hard to hold a mirror up to our own moral compass, but the Reverend is right. Horrible things have been done to other countries by our own government and its a ludicrous to believe that we wouldn't have any repercussions.

And Pebbles872001: The reason why Wright mentions the WHITE DIPLOMAT is because a lot times people will write someone off because they're not deemed credible. I.e. black ministers.

  • wow i just saw this and it really upsets me someone in that position should not be talking like that i mean

HELLO who started WWI and WWII 9/11 and you know what WHY are white peole the only racest ones? instead of dewlling on things that did not happen to YOU grow from it if it were not for slavery where whould he be still in africa right? it just makes me really upset that a RVEREND thinks its ok to talk like that people like him are keeping raceism alive and well

  • What do you feel was racist about his sermon?

  • he states that a WHITE ambassador who said things and that WE support terrorism against black south africans that WE are AGAINST the black cavillian community its just not right

  • What was racist about this sermon pebbles? I didnt hear him mention race once...maybe i missed it the first few times though.

  • he also has a sermon about mrs clinton not knowing what its like to be black well guess what i dont know either i do however know what its like to be a young mother trying so hard to make it in this worl and i do know what its like to be looked over for a job becasue i am not black

  • he also has a sermon about mrs clinton not knowing what its like to be black well guess what i dont know either i do however know what its like to be a young mother trying so hard to make it in this worl and i do know what its like to be looked over for a job becasue i am not black

  • no offense but when you say if it weren't for slavery he'd still be in Africa like it was a good thing his ancestors were enslaved sounds very ignorant. Think of it this way if the white influence did not spread through Africa the way it did who's to say Africa would be as poor violent as it is today.

  • this guy has his views that i personally think are wrong but doing some of this stuff, bombing, japan in particullar* did kill many people but it ended many more battles that would have come. soldiers are people two like civilians. they both effect a war.

  • Well republocrat, we agree on stupid health care industry. I had a back disc issue and my dad popped over to get my prescription . It was $115 out of my pocket for four pills the size of a Tic Tac. I said, "Dad, you could've passed on the Tic Tacs, I would have borne the pain."

I just don't think that we automatically should throw up our hands and hand more + more aspects of our everyday life over to the feds. Im willing to deal w/ what I have for a few yrs. until conservatives make it work.

  • Well V...that sounds like a long time to bear pain on behalf of the republicans... or the democrats for that matter. That loyalty will get you no where....just watch and see...

Problem is republicans are so in bed with drug and insurance companies...and so much money is being passed around that even loyal conservatives like urself will still take it in the @#$ for corporate profits. Wish u all the best with that.

  • what about Wal-Mart? I know lots 'o people dislike this big company, but they are providing a very important service to the American consumers and that is drug prescriptions for $4. Can't our leaders analyze how they are doing this so cheaply and build on that? I mean, they're doing something right if they can provide us with cheap drugs and still make a profit. Isn't that the goal of every American company?

  • You're right...but its not the goals of the drug companies to make cheaper drugs...thats why they fight so hard to extend their patents past the time that other manufacturers can begin to make the same generic drug. They are overcharging consumers to no end. Companies like Walmart have a mandate for lower prices...they use their purchasing leverage to get lower prices for their customers...the same way our own government should be doing...but the lobbyists make sure it doesn't happen that way.

  • Republocrat- you think "the government needs to step in "? have U seen the goofs in Congress? How come Democrats think the government can do a better job than non-government people? Do you REALLY wake up and think "gee, if only the federal government was in charge of my medical care"...I mean, conservatives will acknowledge that the road is long and it's difficult, but I'd rather take a shot at private competition succeed than just say, "OK, take half my paycheck and we'll call it a day"

  • I do see your point Volifiee..and its a good one. My problem is the current system doesn't work for many hard working Americans...and other stand on the brink of being devastated by a illness or injury that could prove catastrophic to their way of living. The HMO's and the drug companies use their influence to stick it to the little man..and there is no recourse..so i would take my chances and begin the first steps to a universal plan like every other civilized nation in the world.

  • Anti american? What does that mean? I love America..the land...my forefathers care for this land long before white men came here and murdered, lied and raped my ancestors. This man speaks the truth...and I agree with what he has said...do you really think my people are truly happy in this land today?..If you do YOU are the idiot..and if anyone shold leave it should be you.

  • Ah but George Bush isn't running on the conservative ticket John McCain is. The fed. govt can't even get veterans' hospitals right, and some people think we should have them caring for all Americans?!

  • Good Point. Score one for volifiee

  • I still don't want Obama to install a socialist plan on our country - higher taxes, weakened military, socialized medicine, bigger government, more Congressional spending. Heck, I'd do that for half the salary!

  • Obama?...That sounds more like what George Bush has already done...and just what are you fears for socialized medicine?..the government needs to step in because the drug and insurance companies are out of control....

  • I think what he said about the Clintons was maybe at best mean-spirited....and shouldn't have been said publicly..even if those were his views...most people tend to use a bit more tact when making those type o statements...but they were far from racist in my opinion.

  • so i guess black people goin to souf america to get the dope, huh, i guess black people plantin opium in the middle east, read before u post comments idiots

  • Yeah right. I guess it's easier to blame the problems on some one else - isn't that the gist of his message? I'm a white guy, I don't sell drugs, I defend civil liberties, I believe in equality, and I find the message of Rev Wright mean spirited and wrong.

  • Oh, and tribes in Africa captured rival tribe members and sold them to the dutch to bring to America.

Also, the white man isn't to blame for aids or fanning the fire of drug use.

    Ignorant at best.

  • So what is your defense for him saying lewd statements about the clintons from his pulpit? Or how the people cheered when he said his hateful lines? Or why Obama made the statement that he might have to distance himself from Rev Wright for his "controversial" statements? Please, for the sake of people like me who are directly concerned with the competence of the commander in cheif, don't make such petty defenses over direct hateful rhetoric.

  • What exactly did he say about the Clintons that wasn't true?

  • I won't debate the Clintons with you, obviously if you think that gross generalization of them is accurate (even though people like John Lewis consider them close close friends, as well as congress woman Tubbs), then whatever. DESPITE your opinion, such comments have no place from a PULPIT at CHURCH. They're lewd and derrogatory. This man is a pastor, though you can hardly tell by the way he rants on and on and on.

  • I agree with you on many of those points Ryan...but my point here is that a lot of it was accuarate in the sense that Hilary has never been black...She doesn't know what its like to have her people be considered non-people..and so on...not really the place for church..but not necesarily racist either.

  • What about the fact that she's a woman and has to be faced being called a bitch for being strong and aggressive? What about that she and her family have been the only democrats to stand against the republicans to bring about ANY change in a couple decades now?

And how about that this ISN'T about race (*nudge, wink*) By that I mean that by your statement alone shows what other people think - that it is about race. Only if someone draws that conclusion they're called racist. Is this good?

  • Unfortunately, the media has made it about just that. These candidates should be talking about issues that are important to the citizens of this country...unfortunately, we are mired in calculated distractions from what is really important.
