I use malwarebytes. is one of the best free anti malware progams. And they are specialised in rogue anti virus, like spysheriff and antivirus xp 2008.

Avast fucked up my computer boot. >:(, I had to run in safe mode, because when I booted it normally my shit fucked up, Blue Screen Of Death, but when I ran in safe mode it worked fine, I deleted avast and rebooted, and Viola, back up and running, it was avast 4 home edition. I run AVG 8.0, Cause AVG is the shit, got rid of that AntiVirus Gold / Golden for me, I didnt even have to download smitfraud.exe :]
