It is because you live in a big US city and never got attacked by street dogs. And beleave, they themselve do not cause sympathy during this act + they can have all possible ilnesses, up to rabies.
And from time to time they kill home cats, and therewith they rip their guts out as a rule, If they (the cats) don't have a tree to climb on near enough or othe pocibility to save themselves.

If what, of course I didn't watch the whole shit. The part, where the Turks are laying the dog into the garbage truck is savagery, the only one in the whole video (the dark part I didn't understand at all).
