China wanted to negotiate the disputed islands bilaterally with each and every other claimants without UN intervention but those ASEAN countries involved wanted to solve this problem multilaterally with UN intervention. there have spent time and money to come up with ideas and made out the products and what chinese people have done is to sit back and stolen people idea to make their own .In my country vietnam has at least 65% chinese products and 45% or more are imitation and i guess a lots of countries around vietnam has pretty much the same amount such as USA, England and other countries around the world.

According to some studies, chinese imitation companies has have sold thousands of billion dollars per year and the amount of imitations have been increasing 15% or more yearly and as well i would really appreciate chinese people can stop stealing and imitating other countries' products. Why is China in territorial disputes with all of its neighboring countries? from land disputes with Russia and India to sea disputes with Japan, Vietnam, the Philippines, etc. China basis for all its claims is based on ancient time visits of the disputed areas. China knows that it has no legal standing in front of International Court. Therefore, China “opposes the internationalization of the issue.”

The solution to this dispute is the 1982 UN Convention on Law of the Sea: coastal rights = 12 miles from coast, Economic Zone rights = 200 miles from coast. Anything else is international waters. That means China won't get shit from South China Sea. Bullying is Chinese dogs' way of surviving. I wish the US had crushed China's military capabilities when they were still in infancy, so they would not be so arrogant now. I wish the Japanese soldiers had turned all Chinese kids into Japanese.

Hahaha, it would be reasonable that: "Kung Fu Panda" and "Mulan" are the most famous films about Chinese culture all over the world, but they are made by the US, so China should belong to the US. Also, it would be logical that China belongs to India because Chinese has adopted Buddism which was established in India.

China “opposes the internationalization of the issue” because the Chinese government knows that its basis for its claim is very weak in front of International Court compared to that of Vietnam. Therefore, they want to deal bilaterally with each claimant country because it’s easy to bully these small countries one-on-one. China would threaten these small countries with trade benefits, aids and even force. Superpower China is the worse donor when it comes to international disaster aids.

As recent as 1912, the end of Qing Dynasty (or Manchu Dynasty), China map goes as far as Hunan Island and does not include South China Sea. In 1949, when the communists won over China, that was when the China dogs began to expand by redrawing its map to include South China Sea. China is causing so much hatred among its neighboring countries that will someday bring terrorism to mainland China.

"Truong Nhan Tuan: Yes. The famous one is the diplomatic note of Pham Van Dong, written on 14/9/1958 which admits the territorial waters declared by China a few days before. The Chinese declaration was that the archipelagos of Hoang Sa [Paracel Islands], Nam Sa, and Truong Sa [Spratly Islands] belonged to China."

2-If you agree that document, make a question why your government need to comment about "Paracel islands" and "Spratly islands", they just need to said ONE WORD: territory, why? Because they belong to Vietnamese.

@Martian150 At that time Taiwan kept two small islands which are too near with China's territory, so Vietnam agreed "your 12 miles" to support China take to them back, and to keep the US 7th fleet and Taiwan out of that islands. ( 金门县 and 馬祖島), why they sent that declaration for Vietnam, because they wanted to trap us!
