Nope, just drive their relationships low. Easiest way to get the relationship low is to have one of them cheat on the other and in the other's view. I've had created CAS sims and my two teens sisters were already fighting. Also, one of the male Sims sounds grouchy (like Loki Beaker in Strangetown.)
