@Jasielalberto32310 Not really no. It's all strength. SIZE isn't everything. Just cause 1 arm looks bigger than the other does not make the bigger arm stronger than the smaller.
I have a 2 year old daughter, and for the past 2 years I've carried around, lifted up, and swung around, an increasingly heavy child. My arms are smaller than the guy on the left in this movie, and I can easily push down people who're twice or thrice the size of myself. Fact
@Jasielalberto32310 The smaller guy won, that means that it is all about strength. There is a little bit for technique, but it's all strength. The little guy had more strength, he just wasn't as bulky. As you can see his arm is a lot more toned in the bicep.
