Whats really makes this insanely cool is that unlike google voice, you can edit your voice message on the fly!! So doing it this way you can ensure that the text is all correct which can be a problem with google voice. Also you can turn on a feature in google voice search that makes it so it customizes itself to your voice. The more you use it and correct errors on the fly the more it learns how your voice sounds and begins to make less mistakes.
Really good idea! But there is an easier way to do this. Use the new google voice search. One of the commands it recognizes is "send email". every evernote account comes with an email account to which you can send things and it will automatically upload them to evernote, find this email address in evernote, tools > about account. So make a contact in your phone "evernote" with this email address attached. Then click the google voice search button and say "send email to evernote (say note now)
@Porojukaha your phone will then immediatly send an email with that text to the email address associated with your evernote contact and evernote will upload the note with the subject of the email as the note title and the body of the email as the note body. You can log on to evernote later to sort it into the proper notebook/stack.
@Porojukaha ALso, with several different launchers (i use Go Launcher but others, like Zeam Launcher do this too) you can make a finger swipe shortcut. for example, On my phone, if I swipe my finger upwards on the home screen it will immediatly launch google voice search. SO while im driving I can just turn phone on, unlock, swipe up, say "send email........" and BOOM the song on the radio just got recorded in a note for me to look up later and I didnt even have to look at my phone to do it!
