Yes, this is a really nice elevator, and it's a good thing that Kone now only makes traction elevators. Hopefully Otis, ThyssenKrupp and Schindler will follow suit.

I wonder why KONE doesn't make geared traction elevators anymore, and I wonder why they don't have all their traction elevators support at least 2 floors like all the other 3 big companies do.

They could've had the MonoSpace support 2-27 floors, EcoSystem supporting 2-63, and the Alta supporting 2-126 floors, and I'm surprised they don't make geared traction because those are also more energy-efficient compared to hydro.

Maybe Kone makes standard geared and gearless elevators, but on special order.

That's correct, and I see them a lot at UT Austin, even on Otis & ThyssenKrupp elevators. However, I think Innovation deals with Otis & Kone, while Epco deals with Schindler & ThyssenKrupp.
