This game is pretty good, download the demo. it has also multiplayer death match for added depth. average score is 8/10 they say campaign is 10 hrs long that is pretty lengthy. Their are huge boss battles, squad based commands, riding on jet skis, sliding through chutes, rappeling of buildings. I love gears type games as long as their done right and from what i played it was really enjoyable. Will get this and SSX snowbarding game next tuesday YEAH !

Have people even played the demo. Gears of War is good bit it didn't define cover shooters. I played the demo and I loved it. You can put a whole magazine into a robot and they still keep coming. There armour breaks away of time with damage to me that is cool. You can order team mates by voice command. The AI work around where you wanna go, they cut you off. So what if it doesn't have the mechanics of Gears or anyother game in its genre. You don't like it you can always trade it in ):D

Killswitch was the first cover shooter I saw... I think. Game-breaking tech. Regardless, the people playing aren't even good at the freakin game so it's not a good demonstration. Seems more like trying to make an I-Robot esque action shooter, and I'm sure the game will appeal to SOMEBODY... I played the demo and my take is that this game is really fun to play but this is a Gears of War/Mass Effect rip. The game would be so much better if they worked on the environment to give us more of a feel that will emerge us into the game. I like it better than Mass Effect and Gears of War but this game ripped them off!

Also after playing the demo I can see that your squad mates will be useless and the commands don't work, I said 'Hold' and the AI ran right into the enemies. Wow, also the trust meter is garbage. you lose trust even when the Dumb AI runs right into your line of fire or stands there when you toss a grenade.
