You're holding your blade too high..both of you. You are supposed to have it at the opponent's throat...it will help you have faster attacks and not hitting so much off target. Faster to defend yourself as well. Just a helpful hint!
personally i find that if i have an arm behind my back it throws me of balance. Also 90% of the time the one to rush forward first is the one who gets the point. I love priority.

More aggression would be helpful to you.
Don't treat your opponent like their going to break if you smack em ;)
Your movements are pretty big too, makes it easy for anyone fencing to predict exactly what/where you are going to attack/defend.
