This is the most interesting experiment I have ever seen.

If a meteorite can drop microorganisms onto Earth, then this experiment suggests some would survive.

Also shows that we could fire bugs into space at high speeds and possibly drop living organisms onto foreign bodies.

This technique could be used to test distant planets for the ability to support life, and could also be used to bring life to these planets before colonizing them.

This has mind-numbing potential.
