AMC's ratings started slipping majorly after this. The next few years would be bumpy. AMC was at least on a winning streak since the late 70's.

Greg, Jenny, Angie and Jesse were inseperable friends...everyone's heart broke when Jenny died. One time Jesse was remembering Jenny, and I cried like a baby.

Me too... If I remember, this was the summer of '84, the first real time my memories of AMC were that clear or vivid. If I recall, Adam & Erica got married for the first time in this era as well....

@sonyab1974 it's true. but he's one of the greatest characters on AMC of all time. I liked watching his transfer to family man from "the cad" I don't even know who's on AMC nowdays but with everybody leaving here and there and everywhere, he might be the longest star now.
