@DynastyLang The first sound you hear is the rounds passing by as they are breaking the sound barrier,the second sound is the gun firing which is travelling at the speed of sound. Sometimes there is a third sound as the rounds hit the target.

When you go to the hospital, they check what you have and they know when there is such a risk and they will take care of you immediatly.

We do have a long wait time of course but the governement need to work on that and we won't get ride of Universal Healthcare. You can say that maybe someday we won't be able to afford it, but we do everything to keep it. Get your facts right.
