The text that I mention before is misleading nonetheless because it implies (in my opinion) the Judge is or has been a Bush supporter, when he has been extremely critical of him since 2001, well before the video was shot. The text that I mention before is misleading nonetheless because it implies (in my opinion) the Judge is or has been a Bush supporter, when he has been extremely critical of him since 2001, well before the video was shot. Not to mention, Bush ran on a "no nation building" platform at the time he cut that check to him.

Welcome to libertarians.. This guy is no conservative shill. Napolitano is pretty strongly spoken about defending liberty no matter whether it's ending our disgusting drug war or remarking on the overreach of current Congress with the health care mandate. I don't deny him contributing to Bush at one time, but he's long since realized the error of that. I wonder why Fox employs him too though... he gets annoyed at O'Reilly a lot, so that explains a little mix up. He's used to arguing with him.

Unlike the ACLU, Andrew Napolitano believes in the unborn's natural right to live. Although there are some Pro-Life ACLU members (Vasu Marti, Nat Hentoff). He believes in Natural rights and that leads him to break with the left/right paradigm

@MrAbolitionist unlike our Founding Fathers who did not believe in that right thus the reason abortion was a legal procedure in America until the 1860's. Strict libertarians who hold up the Founding Fathers as their paradigm should, at least, have the gall to admit what the Founding Fathers considered a protected right. Actually the Founding Fathers believed in NATURAL RIGHTS & NATURAL LAW, too but came to a different interpretation of what that means. Libertarians make it up as they go along.

Sure they often have accurate insights, but every video of yours that you've posted just seems to be saying simply repackaging whatever they say. Why don't you actually find out what the judge is all about before you see a short clp of him on colbert. Your one of those people who only sees politics in left and right when they are both taking away our liberties. The judge is a libertarian, he has his own show on fox business now and strongly criticizes the Republican party.
