You are correct! Many of the techniques used in Systema are from other forms of Martial Arts- This is because Russia has defended itself (and also attacked) from so many different cultures of fighting- remember it's BIG country. With a border like that you run into so many different styles of warfare- Europeans, Asians, Etc. Good attention to detail.

In fact, at one point this dude named Maxim works with the one of the show's hosts, who is a black belt and a pretty good-sized individual. What is the point of all the spinning with the weapons at 2:30 to 2:45. That makes no sense to me. While he's spinning, his enemy is just gunna shoot him. I've never said that Poland is a military powerhouse. The facts I showed you are for proving you, that Russian history is not as beautifull and perfect as your propaganda tells you. Systema survial system is an obvious scam for anyone who has any experience in martial arts. It's a traditional way to fool young people, by telling them that there is a fighting system that will make them able to defeat numerous or armed opponents with bare hands. Systema has nothing to do with SAMBO. Those are two completly diffrent systems. SAMBO is a very effective martial art, with it's own championship (google Fedor Emelianenko or Blagoy Iwanov) while Systema is just a funny looking scam.
Nothing fake about Systema. Some moves seem unconventional, and some people would be more susceptible than others, but it is genuinely effective especially techniques that catch people off guard and use their own momentum. It has all out force too, so there are many options. It cant be compared to MMA because MMA has rules. MMA ground fighting might work one on one, but not on the street youd get your throat cut by an onlooker while you were giving hugs.

You are correct! Many of the techniques used in Systema are from other forms of Martial Arts- This is because Russia has defended itself (and also attacked) from so many different cultures of fighting- remember it's BIG country. With a border like that you run into so many different styles of warfare- Europeans, Asians, Etc. Good attention to detail.

Its shite that it was classified till after the cold war, its only the systema people who claim that. The US marine and WWII combat systems however are entirely different- and are in fact very good indeed! A lot of what I teach in Street Combat System comes from that- just look up Karl Cestari, his stuff is identical. Oh and systema is still a complete load of bollock:D

Now, if ya'll watch the deadliest warrior series and watch spetsnaz vs green beret, there is a short part where the two spetsnaz operators are demonstrating systema and it looks pretty legit, almost like "intellectual grappling", if you will. In fact, at one point this dude named Maxim works with the one of the show's hosts, who is a black belt and a pretty good-sized individual. The homie Maxim took him down quick status, not to mention allowed the host to punch him in the chest, repeatedly.

What is the point of all the spinning with the weapons at 2:30 to 2:45. That makes no sense to me. While he's spinning, his enemy is just gunna shoot him. While his limbs my be flying around, his center of mass basically stays in the same spot. That makes him an easy target. Also while he's spinning, it'll make it hard for him to aquire a target. This again gives the advantage to his enemy. Somebody please explain to me this spinning!

Ok i guess we all have to agree that poland is military powerhouse! Using previous battle experience it has developed many battle worthy Tanks? Aircrafts? Rocket Systems? Small arms? Hand gun? Hand to hand combat system? So far i see a genius who can search wikipedia for random facts trying to prove that survival system that he saw on the internet is not effective! I truly wish i had your ability to evaluate martial art just by watching videos

I've never said that Poland is a military powerhouse. The facts I showed you are for proving you, that Russian history is not as beautifull and perfect as your propaganda tells you. Systema survial system is an obvious scam for anyone who has any experience in martial arts. It's a traditional way to fool young people, by telling them that there is a fighting system that will make them able to defeat numerous or armed opponents with bare hands. It is a dangerous bullshit.

Systema has nothing to do with SAMBO. Those are two completly diffrent systems. SAMBO is a very effective martial art, with it's own championship (google Fedor Emelianenko or Blagoy Iwanov) while Systema is just a funny looking scam.

Nothing fake about Systema. Some moves seem unconventional, and some people would be more susceptible than others, but it is genuinely effective especially techniques that catch people off guard and use their own momentum. It has all out force too, so there are many options. It cant be compared to MMA because MMA has rules. MMA ground fighting might work one on one, but not on the street youd get your throat cut by an onlooker while you were giving hugs.
