after about 30mins gameplay i got relly bored with the mod sorry to say i perfer mod packs with lots of things not just a few boring wands

@hiphopboy797 of course this wont entertain you for long, its not a toy, its rather a tool. youwill get bored of playing with pickaxe too, after 30 minutes. Try building a city or mob spawner with these. It is really much easier than by hand.

im looking for information on a mod that alows people to choose classes.

@GreenDayDude6446 it means that you don't have enough matching blocks in your inventory. If you are trying to build dirt, you need dirt and so on. You tried to build something, but you didn't have resources to build of.

This feature can be disabled in the property file, using the FREE_BUILD_MODE option.

thes are the steps 1- goto start menu 2-type %appdatat% 3-click on minecraft 4- goto bin 5- open the minecraft .jar with winwrar 6- get modloader 7-put all of the modloader class files in the jar 8-delete the meta inf folder 9-put all of the magic wands class and misc folder in minecraft.jar 10-open minecraft 11-done thats it guys

it is not working for me these are the steps i did

1. %appdata%

2.roaming

3.  .minecraft

4. bin

5. minecraft

6. put ItemMagicWand.class, mod_MagicWands.class and misc in minecraft

7. deleted META-INF folder

8. started up mine craft and none of them will work on single player or multiplayer

@gaminghacks288 did you install ModLoader first? Also, you don't have to stuff the classes into minecraft.jar, just place the whole zip file into .minecraft/mods. If this folder doesn't exist, then you didn't install modloader properly.

@mrReaperzilla00 dunno what is worldedit, but singleplayer commands are afaik something completely different, they don't let you build and mine faster, just spawn things, give you tools, change daytime et c.

The point of this mod is that you create the ultimate building/mining tools, the magic wands, and then build/mine extremely fast. They are TOOLS, they will break after some time and you need some RESOURCES to craft / use them.

this is not world edit or anything for world editing. it is a TOOL, like pickaxe or shovel. And it is not meant to be used for map editing, but for quick and efficient building, and for fun. Also, you have to make some effort to get this tool, you have first to collect some resources, diamonds, iron et c.

And - it is my first mod, I created it for my personal use, so I am not interested in "THERE ARE BETTER MODS". if you don't like it, don't use it.

@Minecrafter238 It is a singleplayer mod right now, because it is my first mod and I have no experience with the multplayer system. You can construct the wands, because your client knows the recipe. However, the server has no idea what 9301 - 9306 means, and can't handle it. The server part of this mod doesn't exist, and I doubt that you can mod the server u're using.

it could work WITHOUT the wands, if i added just shortcuts. But it would be much less fun.

Try it in SSP and you will like it.
