    U take the 3P to the other side of the "equals" signs by using basic algebra.

    Therefore, u take minus 3P to the other side of the equals sign making it plus three.

    3p + 2P = 5P

    help me figure this out

    Problem: A load of 100 lb is hung from the middle of the rope which is stretched between two walls 30 ft apart.Under the load the rope sags 4 ft in the middle.Find the tension in A and B
