  • thats misarably worng 1 in a 8 bit system if your using that is no just 1 its 0000001 !!! I learned binary about 10 minutes ago and Im better than you lool :D :D :D

  • this helps, thanks

  • u suck

  • <---------watched about 4 mins or so...thanks for the waste of time...u didnt teach (nor begin) anything i didnt already know...if i wanted to see numbers shown in binary without an understanding i could have looked at a chart. glad it was so "well thought out"

  • Are you fucking stoned?!?!?

  • Learning Binary should only take about 0111100 seconds. Just go by powers of 10 on each place value.

  • Your wrong, thats not binary code 3 isnt 101

  • Yeah i ve leqrned binary in 60 seconds too

  • I'm gonna go screw up my math teacher now.

  • Sorry, but I learned binary in 60 seconds.

  • why did you even bother posting this video you dick, you must have been pissed!!!!!

  • i h0pe it really works for u but my school teachers can teach better then u,, by the way its easier if u list out { 2^0 ,2^1 , 2^2 , 2^3 ... } and put 1 0r zer0 bellow them as they would have to add up to it in base ten,,, by the way i was looking for introduction to binary software programming when i bumped into this,,, nice album by the way =)

  • rename this video as "learn binary in 1000 minutes" :P

  • Start watching at 4:20. (lol pun not intended... happy accident) Thanks! That made a lot of sense to me.

  • Epic fail...

  • poor bastard

  • 111011 people can't convert

  • @mainchow10 59

  • nice waist of my 10000 minutes and 10 seconds of my life... -___-

  • @iBurr0 HA! it took me a minute but i got it!

    is that right?

  • @SQUIZZLESTICK no you put n]âs/

  • I dont kno if its because im high or what but i understood it very well :) Thank you so much!

  • ahhh i stared at it for a while and i acually understood lol i know people are calling you a bad teacher but at least i understand thanks man

  • why do u write that much 0's and 1's

  • @killerrj8 good god man were you listening? thats how binary works. *nerd spazm*

  • @missionunstopible i know but do u know that after each 4 letters there needs to be a space :)

  • @killerrj8 tyesh

  • @killerrj8 not NEED, it just makes it more readable.

  • @killerrj8 was that supposed to be a joke?

  • @mariosunshinefaan no i was talkin to the people below the video on the comments cause it makes no sense

  • @killerrj8 ah, i see...they're just retarded and type in random numbers :)

  • @mariosunshinefaan i know that was what i was talkin about ;)

  • You're a horrible teacher, you don't know how to explain things properly, and you obviously don't even know this yourself.

  • ...a 2 in binary is 00110010 what you are teaching is not full binary and sure if you want to take shortcuts 0 01 10 11 100 101 110 111 1000 1001 10000 >:D
  • I've noticed something; if a number is, say, 1000, or 100, or any 1x0, it will be a number derived from x2 indicated by the 0's. 10 is 2; first multiple of 2; so there is one zero. 100, 4, is that x2, the next number. 1000 is 8 (4 x2), 100000 is 16 (8 x2), 1000000 is 36 (16 x2) and so on.

  • to da ninja, i know you can teach this much betta, you need to put youtube video up on how to learn binary codes b/c i am trying to understand this. please help me and many others to learn the basics, b/c it seems pretty easy if taught properly. i kinda getta it.

  • thats actually not how how write letters in binary

  • How can i use this? And how do you speak?

  • Yes.... but letters? is A 1? B 10 ?

  • Made perfect sence. Now I can move onto Hex.

  • That actually did help! Thanks!

  • 1:30 Waaa! let my head go!

  • you forgot to explain bits nibbles and bytes. bit = 0 or 1. nibble = 4 bits. byte = 2 nibbles.

  • but how do you seperate your numbers and letters i mean how do you keep them from getting confused

  • @Pinky117x

letters use ascii to translate numbers to letters. it's usually defined in the code.

  • The way you present yourself in the video is not very clear to your audience, you need to explain things a bit slower and with more emphasis on the reason why people would want to count in binary numbers

  • U suck kid

  • @collapezed8 Why?

  • i understand! :D

  • 8 minutes and 2 seconds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • the computer makes its own system to count? wrong.

there are only two numbers in the world according to binary? wrong.

the point of binary is that it is a system based on states of on/off. "1" is on, "0" is off - and the position of the on/off state dictates what the number is. it's not about "computers reading numbers", it's that entire systems can be coded, on physical media, in on/off states that a computer can parse into something more meaningful.

  • @guitarchitectural I really cant understand you, we know that any machine that has power is 1, and without power is 0

The computer does make it's own system to count? Why is it wrong, make it much more clear please.

  • @Jasper2428 ok... it's not about counting. it's a system that can be coded and decoded to create very complex kinds of information. think of DNA - it's a simple set of 4 variables (ACGT) that when orchestrated properly, gives rise to human life. just like how strings of characters can become computer code which can give rise to highly complex games that mimic the real world. it's information storage, not "counting", and it's something we invented out of a need for efficiency.

  • I understood. Last part was the most usefull. Thanks!

  • 010110010110111101110101001000000110010001101001011001000110111001110100001000000110110001100101011000010111001001101110001000000110110101100101001000000110000101101110011110010111010001101000011010010110111001100111001000000100100100100000011001110110111101110100001000000110100101110100001000000110011001110010011011110110110100100000011101000110010101111000011101000110110101100101011000110110100001100001011011100110100101100011001011100110001101101111

  • BOREDOM XD

  • Are you fucking serious? Your a waste of space!

  • I guess "Learn binary in 1000 minutes" wouldn't have been a very appealing title.

  • you sucks

  • Yes 10 in binary is 2.

Once you'd made this error I couldn't entrust your knowledge to be installed in my brain box.

  • wow I hope you put more planning when you make a school presentation cuz that just sucked.

  • ur useless u dont kno how to teach

  • @lilwayne5194 you dont know how to write, i on the other hand found this tutorial extremely useful.

  • wht do you write binary in?? can you use notepad?

  • 2 seconds off, why dont you look the camera to the face? The floor isnt the one recording

  • good going keep trying you will soon be mastering this

  • I believe this video is 1000:10, not 8 minutes.

  • @Liam9002 0110111101101011

  • another idiot wit a brain

  • The only difference is that binary is a base 2 number system and not base 10. It is only a representation of energy/currents/transistor states within the computer. Also a bunch of bits is useless to a computer without a file header.

    oh yeah! :D 100 is 4... 010 is 2, and 001 is 1... right?

  • @pufixas yup

  • sorry, but this explain is not so good... binary is very easy and your explain is too complicated

  • There are 10 types of people that understand binary. Those who do and those who don't

    :)

  • @MegaAwsomeName ha...ha...

  • @MegaAwsomeName LOL its funny cause in binary 10 is 2 LOL

  • @MegaAwsomeName hey i like that one

  • HEEY I'E GOT A JOKE THERES ONLY 10 TYPES OF PEOPLE IN THE WORLD, THE ONES WHO UNDERSTAND BINARY SYTEM AND THE ONES WHO DON'T.

  • the same is true for a 10 based # system. only 9 numbers.

  • in binary and 2 based sys, u have only 1 number. the number 1, (0) in not a number only a place holder, it has no value... but still a good vid. thanks
