  • It is hard for me to watch someone that has what I have. You are brave to put this up. I have had OCD all my life. I simply do not understand this illness. It takes the good and bad from me..like fire burns both good and bad without remorse. Anywhy, I take meds, they do help. It has been a long hard road... blessing miss...I talk more freely about it on my xanxa webpage.

  • ocd is not a disorder it satan he puts thoughts in your head you think its your self well accually its ur compion devil he mathches his voice to your own voice allah gives us the cure un one verse in quran all u have to do is not to beleve these thoughts and do not follow it if satan tells u to wash ur hands do not do that now u no it the devil and not ur self

  • I hate having OCD. It stresses me out beyond all comprehension. I have had it as long as I can remember but good video.

  • my OCD attacks all the things i love from music, to people, to religion. it pretty much sucks

  • @nightcrawler511 yeah i feel you..also just checked out your page i love your music

  • i also wrote more but it wont let me post it because it was to long (which is a good thing because im sure you wouldnt want to read it i tend to rant though feel free to send me a message on here if you want..i am not a doctor but i do know what its like to deal with ocd..

  • Yeah anxiety tends to pray on the things you are most afraid of. Intrusive thoughts are fairly normal and occur in almost everyone. The only difference between us and them is the meaning we attach to the thoughts and the fact we tend to judge ourselves for having them. If the thoughts make you anxious and you have never acted on them (i.e killing anyone)chances are you are not going to act on them.

  • Hi, thankks for making a video concerning this subject. recently, i have been having intrusive thoughts, a fear of killing someone later in my life or doing something bad. I have had other OCD fear about unrelated issues and they were not true. will this current thought go away, and will it be at the back of my mind to remind me to be a good person and not kill anyone? I'm told if it worries you, it isn't you, but I'm afraid I will forget one day because of anger problems. any help?

i wrote that in the wrong place sorry..

  • @alexis42able thanks for most of the advice, but I'm afraid of the future and what curveball life would toss at me, but other than that, you're helping me overcome this. If there is anymore you need to say, feel free.

  • @SweetDollMan Aww I'm sorry...yeah i didn't know much about intrusive thoughts when i first started getting them and i was so scared that i would hurt someone that i wouldn't leave the house much either.. I'm sure you know that you aren't going to do anything and that there just thoughts.. however knowing something rationally doesn't help much when your in the middle of a panic attack...and intrusive thoughts aren't all that easy to talk to people about..
