Cliché, sentimental, trite garbage copy used to advertise needless luxury goods for people with low self esteem and lots of expendable income. You'd have to be the most intellectually vapid individual on Earth to find this even remotely interesting.
This is one of the most inspirational messages showcasing beautifully handcrafted merchandise. I was so inspired by the words, that it was used for the opening of a high school graduation in 2008.
Yes, credit was given to the Luis Vuitton company.
Clearly others who comment against this ad, have no self or real world vision beyond the what they wish to read into what is not there.
Simply a disgusting company. There is an article about a lawsuit where Louis Vuitton's lawyers said that Louis Vuitton didn't have to accommodate their Jewish employees' religious requests because being Jewish was just a personal preference. Louis Vuitton also compared Jews to vegans!
The video might be nice, but the credits aren't accurate. The music that begins at 1:09 and goes through the end is a bit of "Art of Time" -- an original composition by North American acoustic fingerstyle guitarist John Danley. Google John or go to amazon, look it up and listen to it.
And while you're there maybe buy some good music. John Danley is a brilliant composer who deserves credit for this! Talk about copyright infringement

I remember watching this at the Angelika Theater, and the audience burst out in jeering cheers at how pretentious this was.

wow that is extremely cheesy. i think it's embarrasing. i saw a LV video called "shadow" which has far more merit.

The music is by Gustavo Santaolalla, not John Danley.
