For those asking. Yes, you can replace just the bushings on this control arm. They get pressed in. (if you don't have the right tools, NAPA can usually do this for pretty cheap)
The stock ball joint is held in by rivets. Drill or chisel them out. Replace the ball joint and bushings and reassemble. The replacement ball joint will come with bolts instead of rivets. This video only shows the passenger side. The drivers side, the steering column is often in the way, and must unbolted and moved up.
