well if yr ever in dubai try and find a shop called rabsha. i buy from there and they shipped it out to the uk for me so im sure they will ship to the states :-)
@CrimsonDrift16 Its not a powder lol. It is made of a mixture of tobacco, herbs, bark and sometimes spices. But it is smoked from a pipe instead of rolling. good dokha's give u a 'Buzz' which is a strong kick of nicotine but this lasts a few minutes at the most. The more experienced smoker tends either to not get buzzed at all or get a small one.

a powder you put into a dokha pipe then take about four puffs and refill with more dokha, you have to light the dokha while you inhale though

Dokha is just a concentrated form of tobacco.
Its no magic power or anything, just concentrated, thats why it gives you a buzz.

the amount of dokha that fits in the bowl/head is roughly 25mg compared to the 700 mg thats in a typical cigarette.
