  • There are only a few steps involved....imagine trying to screen print to a populated board. Its impossible and unachievable if the PCB is already pre-heated. Dispense is an option, but with this many leads, it would take forever. PCB's using QFN devices are highly populated. Applying solder using this allows for fine pitch lead to all have uniform solder quickly.

  • This seems like a lot of work compared to traditional stencil printing of the PCB first? Is there a standard advising against printing paste directly on the PCB?
