A Gb sus, a C7 # 9 and then an F sus chord.
the voicings he uses (if i'm not mistaking) are (from the bottom to the top):
for the Gb sus: Fb (E), Ab, Cb (B), Eb.
C7 # 9: E, Bb, Eb
F sus: F, G, Bb Eb.
It's a great tune.
