Gun Control should be renamed "The Criminal Protection Act" because restricting gun ownership from good, law abiding citizens protects criminals and allows the offenders to have the upper hand in criminal encounters. Whereever conceal and carry is passed into law, violent crime goes down because it makes the criminals second-guess themselves. It shakes up their MO and makes them wonder whether or not their next 'vic' will have a pistol. The Second Amendment ensures ALL the other amendments.

I think the federal law which prohibits guns being on school property or within 1,000 feet of a school violates the 10th Amendment.
