I can do a coin drop like flat on my back it doest hurt at all.

You drop too low. If you drop with your upper body a little higher, it will be smoother.

How long did it take you to be able to pop up with no hands? and any tips about getting the pop up that ppl have trouble with often?

@Bboyxcel1 it didn't take me very long actually, one day i saw my friend do it and i just tried it.... i got it within a practice session.... haha. but anyway, my only tip is, when you pop back up make sure to roll and pop off your head. cause if you don't roll on your head you're gonna bang your head up pretty good.
