Better without the wipers, they're so feeble, but also on dry tyres which were the only ones I had with me at the time due to appalling organisation. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!

Yes, but the Rainex only starts working when a) you're clear of the spray and b) travelling at speed and neither of these apply here!
Very nice, wet... no kidding.
(no wippers?) The Mk2 can be very, very tricky when wet, great driving!
