yes the gas will go up because of govenment control and there is plently of oil in the ground you can make it yourself if you want you need methane gas and sea water and put it in great deep pressure and it makes the oil we need to make gas and everything so gas is not going to go up becuase "these people" complaine about the enviorment and whats going to happen it not going to happen

Foolish people. The only thing that could and has brought the price of gas down is a deep recession, that will probably turn into a depression.
If the economies of the world were in good shape, supply would not be able to keep up with demand. It is only because consumption has decreased so much due to the worldwide global financial problems that oil has fallen.
Peak oil is a reality, not a myth.
