Dosent your Oblivion crash every time you do feint while moving?

@GlueNoob Only if you continued to press W after hitting B when running. Use auto move (default is Q) and that will avoid the problem.

If you use something other than WASD for movement then it should also be ok.

@deanfiliput You mean the little bit of guitar? It's not a real song... just a 18s long track from the 'Murder Princess OST' called Yoyuu de Taijou by Fukuda Yasufumi. The second mudcrab title screen music is Nigenobite Ando by Fukuda Yasufumi again.

The songs are listed by appearance in the credits if you wondering about any other songs.

I need some help, my old computer broke a whiles back and I didn't want to go on oblivion till I got my files back (which I did recently) I thought I could copy/paste all the datafiles and the saves and that it would work, It did not, loading an old savegame would crash oblvion. After many variations I just starting again and just installed a race mod, but the custom race was not available in game as it used to be.. If it helps, the game wants me to update but when I try to it errors. Thanks.

I think you're better off posting this on the tesnexus support forums.

Try installing OBMM (Oblivion Mod Manager) and running the archive invalidation option under 'utilites' set as 'Archive Alteration'.

Other than that, convert your mods to omods using OBMM and keep them backed up somewhere for future re-installs.

And yes, this took a lot of time. Every scene usually had numerous 'retakes' cause something didn't go right or it didn't look good enough. :/

I think the raw files totalled up to 60GB+ if I hadn't regulary gone through them and deleted the bad ones. :P

Hah, so it's not just for me the high quality movie files have the bad habit of summing to ridiculous amount of harddrive memory!

Good example is when I wanted to do a short little vid of me playing WoW ( yes yes I know, nerd game :/ ). I ended up with around 120GB of video footage...when I saw that I was like "Alright, whatehell have I been doing? oO.

Meh finks I has to get a new external harddrive soon ^^

There's only an omod version from what I remember... if you have Oblivion Mod Manager installed you just need to double click the omod file after downloading it.

Download all 3 files from that page and open Oblivion Mod Manager. Click on 'create' at the bottom of the window and then 'add archive'. Browse to your files you downloaded and click on one of them... then just click, 'yes', 'yes', 'create'. Repeat this for the other two files. Now double click the new omods you created which should appear in your mod list. Install the resources, the update and the main one.

But please post any futher queries in the mod forum thread rather than here.

Murulo could you please export you're entire Oblivion Folder to maybe Planet Elder Scrolls or TesNexus? I mean you've gotten everything in the game perfect and I'm not as good as you on modding so I can't get it to look that good :( It would be completely frikkin awesome to have such a good looking Oblivion to play without spending 30 hours to find and install all the mods for it :D

Well, I don't really have any texture mods or anything like that installed. The only thing I use that affects the environment is 'Atmospheric Weather System'. I just turned up all the settings to max and tweaked the ini a little to make it run smoother. Google for 'Oblivion Tweak Guide'. Uploading my Data file isn't possible (11GB), nor would be good practice to keep your mods organized... you should use Oblivion Mod Manager! It's a must if you want to mod. :)
