Great video, very helpful, although some definitions could be even more broken down (FOR ME) it's very interesting to see the whole process in a great video like this! Thank you for making it! Quality.

I have to write an essay on this for my Anatomy and Physiology class in a few days and this helped me so much!! Ignore the haters, they just don't appreciate the fact that you're helping us learn this. Please continue making these videos! I might need them! :)
Im in my second anatomy class and needed to review neuro junctions and action potential and this is perfect very well descibed summarized and animated thank you.
For those of you who are complaining about the tone of voice or accent heard on this video, you are ridiculous, this is not an entertaining site, it is meant to instruct or help understand what you could not understand in class or by reading the book. Obviously you don't have the capacity to do something like this. Thank you for this video it help me a lot. Hope to see more videos from u
This video is excellent in explaining these fundamental anatomy principles. Thank you so much for doing this video it has helped me prepare for my university exam in australia!
I have to say I think your video is very good. You are getting a lot of criticism about your accent. Sure... your English is not 100% perfect, but I think your message gets out clear enough. I also think you cover the topic satisfying (for my needs). Take it easy you guys with all the criticism... I think it is commendable that there are people on YouTube who take the time to make information videos like this; so that we all can become smarter! Smile. :-)
you're an actual moron, he's speaking english, with an accent yes and a few grammatical errors yes, but he's still speaking english! Do you realise that I could say the same thing to you because you're american? I could rip into every way you pronounce your words because its not the way its supposed to be pronounced because its not true english. Im guessing you never heard of the term 'dialect'. It actually upsets me how stupid you are for the sake of humanity dont have kids
Thanks man, this really helped clarify this as a first year uni student, its exactly what i needed, not too in depth and very easy to understand, with a good visual accompaniment.

@sometimesy21 It is quite sad that we are so challenged we do not make an effort to go further than our own english accents. Broaden your horizons and see the beauty in difference. It is not as if he is speaking a foreign language his accent is something you are just not use to. These are wondeful videos and dialogue and the foreign accent is refreshing!
ce que vous faites est super, à la disposition de tous, merci beaucoup! surtout pour ceux qui ont du mal avec la biologie..la preuve que c est bien c est que vous faites des jaloux (commentaire de safe...)
Very helpful for me. I am studying fitness theory to be a personal trainer, and Biology and Physiology are important components. It is a perfect primer for my level of study. Your voice is great, your accent is fine and I really appreciate the effort you put into this.
@Safe193 : Sorry to depress you safe, if my english is not that great that is because English is my third language. But I would love if u can record yr own voice and send it to me, I de gladly use it rather than mine :)
Awesome video,, i had trouble understanding all this talk about ions and polarize/depolarize whatever thing!! you made my life much easier.. many thanks! =D
These animations are excellent for providing a basic overview of neuromuscular control, however the level of detail may not be enough for many upper year University courses. I would suggest using this video to help visualize neuromuscular control but make sure to attend to the details that are left out if you are using this for University level courses (such as the SNARE proteins that pull the vesicle through the membrane under the influence of Calcium, etc)
@jessieleighwinokur : Thank you for yr compliments and suggestion. As you said it's just an overview. it's Youtube so the videos we put here are for general public audience. I didn't really expect that people would take it as a reference for high degree in molecular biology there is books.google for that. BTW I like yr guitar music, yr very pretty as well thanks for yr comment.

You guys should be proud of this video. It's informative with enough detail to help the viewer understand, and the animations are fantastic and give a great view on how everything works. I would rate this video more than it allows (I can't give my rating cause it will never be high enough) and you guys also helped my in physio class. A LOT. thanks a bunch.
Thank you so much . I finally understood the process of the Neuromuscular Junction. Thank You. Please post more videos related to Anatomy and Physiology. Great explanation.
This was an absolutely amazing video. I too was looking for something that explained in a 3-dimensional way that was detailed enough that I would walk away with the whole picture but not too difficult to understand.
It is one of the best and didactic explanation that define a neuromuscular junction. Thank you very much. A great and prosperous future is waiting for you.
This is superb. I am taking a course in the brain, and this is the only video I've seen that explains the whole process, and it does so with beautiful visuals and beautiful and patient narration. Also the fact that it describes muscles makes it so much more tangible to me, so I can easily make the leap to neurons.
Great video, very informative and helpful.
