I Disagree about only the singer she be aloud to dance around, however in this video it is clear the other two are joking around in a sence of not taking the gig serious. Nothings wrong with enjoy yourself but when you have the stage presence of clowns while only one is taking it serious.

If you listen to the song, the rhythm is clear. should be 1 2 3 4and 1 2 3 4and (meaning 8th notes). Really, it's in the song.
