If your laptop / graphics card (depending if you're using a laptop or a desktop) has an HDMI output and your LED TV certainly has at least one HDMI input then the quality of the picture and sound will be significantly better than when you're using a VGA connection cable as shown in this video.
I did what you showed to do. I keep getting "unsupported Video Signal" I am hooking up a "hp pavilion slimline s3710 t cto desktop with vista on it. I hope you or someone can tell me where I am going wrong. Thank you connie

you can olso use a hdmi cable that can olso send the sound to your tv handy to watch movies on ur tv with ur laptop
