Great! I have been after a relatively cheap camera that can connect to my computer but the only available ports I have is SD card and USB and their seems to be little cameras out on the market that I have seen that connects to these ports and a camera like that would suit me fine

I got mine around two years ago and I haven't been happy with it. I've tried every variety of DV tape with the same results. Low light is grainy and terrible. Color saturation even in the best light is awful and mine picks up a very annoying motor noise through the mike when recording

I've mostly used it as a firewire web cam. It works pretty well but not what I intended, I like ordering from TigerDirect. Their prices and shipping are excellent but I really would like to smack the sales people for their promo video for this camera. Thanks guys! Thanks so much for such a misleading ad. I should have returned this junk when I had the chance.

I enjoy it, shoots just fine for outdoor stuff.

Lower light does tend to be a bit fuzzy.

I have this camera and it's great. It's so small you can hold it in your palm, and it's great for vacations! You can fit it into bigger pockets if you wanted. I love it!

Awful low light performance and it picks up a very annoying motor noise. I wish I had chosen a different camcorder! I would like to beat the video presenter about the head with this unit. F'n salespeople! I should have researched more like I normally do.

Samsung? NO WAY! I'll never buy another Samsung Product. I bought the SCD 23 and soon after the warranty expired the Video Sensor (which picks up the images) went bad.

My research on the net shows that it was a common defect in the SCD23s and related models.

Samsung refused to fix it. The honourable thing to do would have been to at least offer me the part free, I would have paid a technician to install it. NEVER SAMSUNG AGAIN!!! None of their products. Panasonic, Sony, Cannon instead!

Great camera, I baught one similar last week and I'm glad with it especially considering the price. There are loads of them which look similar but differ in specifications eg. mine doesn't take the card, has no light and has no USB port. It depends on how much you pay I think.

Since I got this camera for my birthday today, I have 2 questions. HOW come mine looks different than the one you have and how come all of that stuff (like the bag, remote, and other stuff) doesn't come with that? I mean, at LEAST Samsung could be fair enough to let everyone have it. Nice video and camera, but I'm quite dissapointed they are still using tapes when today we are using cards and the camera look different.
